TGIF.
F*ing Fridays are back!
And, they will continue to occur on Friday. I mentioned some of my favorite F words back on Day 5 in Year 1, including: Fearless, Fabulous, Fine, Fun, Faith, Freedom, Forgiveness, to name a Few.

Today’s F*ing Friday is dedicated to the word:
Frank.
As in, playing it forward.
In a sentence, this movie is about the transformation of one man in 42 days — on a diet of raw food, self-acceptance and gratitude.
As the subtitle says, this is a story about Sex, Drugs and Transformation.
The movie got me thinking of that heavy duty word: transformation.
More than anything else, I reviewed my own transformation over this Promise 365 journey. I especially thought of everything I tried and stumbled upon last year in my promise not to shop for clothes or shoes and instead invest in my head, heart, body and soul.
What sticks out most to me now (especially since beginning my journey in year 2 to lovemore and fearless) is how simple and easy this transformation thing really is — and how overly complicated it always seems in the process.
What I have learned is this:
It all boils down to love.
And service.
So I am paying it forward to someone else.
