We just watched the movie Pretty Woman over the holiday break.
I forgot how much I love that movie. Julia Roberts so young and pretty in her red dress, the shopping spree, the totally 80′s music!
But my favorite scene is probably at the end. Not where he rescues her off the rooftop, but where the man walking through the streets of LA says…
“What’s your dream? Everybody has a dream!”
This year, my dream is for abundance.
And it occurs to me I might need a miracle — or maybe, I am in the process of creating one.
So, on top of giving a gift away each and every day this year…. I am reading A Course in Miracles.
I have been intrigued by the book ever since Debbie Phillips introduced me to Marianne Williamson’s work.
I actually met Marianne last year in Naples, FL when I attended one of her workshops on love.
It was actually a MIRACLE that I met Marianne in the first place.
I made a mistake and showed up WEEKS early for the event. I confused the date. Nobody was there. I felt so stupid.
But then, when I did show up on the RIGHT DAY, imagine my surprise and delight to meet Marianne.
So today is Day 4 of my journey in…
A COURSE IN MIRACLES.
No miracles to report yet.
