It’s amazing how something can become so pervasive, such a fad, so fast, isn’ it?
Like Furby, Cabbage Patch Dolls, Silly Bandz and Beanie Babies.
And all of those “Keep Calm” signs.
Today, a friend sent me this one:
“Keep Calm and Eat A Cupcake.”
It was plastered across the front of what looks to be a little girl’s bright pink tutu.
Her note said: “I wish this came in my size.”
“Me too.” I wrote back.
Boy, do I!
How fun would it be to wear a pink tutu around town with that message?
I wish I had the guts to do it. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be the only one thinking, “I wish I had one of those.”
Of course there would also be the people standing on the sidelines saying, “I wouldn’t be caught dead in one of those.”
That may be part of what makes a fad a fad, polar attraction. Those who love it and those who don’t.
What does this have to do with abundance?
I suppose my brain is thinking that abundace doesn’t have to be a fad. It doesn’t have to be something that some have and others don’t. Something that people rush out to buy while others roll their eyes.
Abundance is here for all of us.
Deep thoughts on a Saturday.
More tomorrow.
Lovemore,
Jamie

Part of your abundance is keeping up with everything – both the fads and the loving communication and deep thoughts. Thank you!
