Miss Bridget Jones, that is.
The first time I met Bridget I was on a plane.
Laughing out loud.
I was crying hysterically holding the book in front of my face trying to muffle my voice, desperately trying not to annoy the poor passengers sitting next to me.
I can’t remember the last time I read a book and burst out laughing.
In public.
On a plane.
Miss Bridget was just so funny and such a mess — and somehow incredibly sincere at the same time.
I hope this third book delivers.
Because Bridget brought me an ABUNDANCE of laughs.
The anticipation is like waiting for a visit from an old, high school friend.
Welcome back Bridget.
Can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to.
More tomorrow.
Lovemore,
Jamie
