2014 BLOG – DAY 38 :: peek performance: saving time and bananas

7 Feb

Part of peek performance is time management.

In yesterday’s post we learned that the richest people in the form of billions and millions start their day 3 hours earlier than people with less than 3.2 million dollars in assets.

So what do you do if you don’t want to get up three hours earlier than everyone else?

Save time somewhere else.

Today, I combined my time saving skills with my food. Bananas actually. Mostly because Justin tipped me off to a cookie recipe that only takes two ingredients. And it used up those icky brown bananas.

Yes, that’s right. I said: cookies and two ingredients all in one breath.

And you know what. They taste good!

The recipe is simple: nasty, old, mushy, brown bananas + oatmeal. Mix. Flatten on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Gobble down.

(Plus, I used gluten free oatmeal – another recipe for peek performance.)

It’s brilliant!
Saving time and bananas all in one scoop!

It may not make you a millionaire but it could save you some money in the banana department. And what’s better than saving time and food and money?

Next time, I will add cinnamon. Oh, geez….that’s three ingredients!

More tomorrow.
