2014 BLOG – DAY 48 :: peak performance: multi-tasking

I had an aha moment at the gym tonight. It was a multitasking moment of glory.

I realized I could watch the latest episode of Downton Abbey on my iphone while I was on the treadmill.

Brilliant use of time management!
And I don’t know why it took me this long to figure that out.  But I know it keeps me on the treadmill longer and that has to lead to peak performance.
