JAMIE’S BLOG – DAY 343 :: stretch goals

Peak performance moment of the day:  taking a step back. 

Today in my Pilates PT I could barely make it to one minute on my plank. I eventually caved at 90 seconds. Not my best. A full eleven seconds less than my new record and goal.

Regardless I feel stretched.

Just another reminder that strength is built everyday, day after day, one day at a time. And then there’s showing up …because tomorrow’s another day. 

More tomorrow.
