JAMIE’S BLOG – DAY 110 :: treadmill, wall sits, plank, oh my!

Treadmill. Wall sits. Plank.

This body is getting back in action….tonight we hit 60 seconds on the plank.

This was only after we did our requisite 35 seconds and then Justin challenged me to a minute. So we did it, shaking muscles and all. Given the timing increase and my sheer determination to keep planking it up, I found this inspiring image.
