Today’s bliss…. sore muscles.

That’s right, Gym. We’re back and in action. At least for the time being, until I get bored with the stair stepper and move on to a yoga class… but for now, hello Gym! It’s good to be back.

My back would also like to say thank you. And youch!
But it hurts so good.
Almost blissful.
