Day 13. Cha-Cha-Changes.
In honor of David Bowie’s innumerable inspirations… today I’m thinking about changes.
So far, this is what 13 days of yoga has changed for me:
- My pants fit slighter better (love that)
- My head feels more clear (mostly)
- I can almost place my feet flat to the ground in downward dog
- I actually workout in my activewear
And, ironically, I realized that putting my body through even a slight bit of yoga everyday is like giving my body a massage (sweet!)More tomorrow.
