Day 22. Touching my toes.
I can touch my toes. Barely. Some days are better than others. So tonight, while doing a seated grounded yoga class I realized… this is a stretch goal.
In this year of doing yoga every single day I hope to be able to touch my toes by the end of the journey. Like really touch my toes and wrap my hands all the way around them while seated or standing.
Baby steps happen day by day. One stretch at a time.
