Day 33. Just a few.

Today was a short yoga day. A quick power 5 routine – which I love. It was fast paced, power moves, all over body workout. In just 5 minutes!

Which is probably totally against everything yoga stands for, I realize. But that’s okay… because it saved me time to find this: 

My friend Chad sent it my way, and I have to say… every minute saved helps me breathe more, chew more, say more, and love more.

And while I want to whine less… I could wine more!
