Day 41. Take Ten.

It’s amazing what just 10 minutes of yoga can do for my body. Sometimes it’s so relaxing and others make me hurt in ways I don’t expect. Like a few shoulder openers I tried tonight.

It’s also amazing what 10 minutes of releasing and letting my mind wonder can do… like coloring in my new color book. Just 10 minutes. So simple. But so peacefully engaging.

What can you do with 10 minutes?
