Day 69. Ouchie.
Ten minutes of Plank tonight. Not all ten minutes in a row, there were child poses and downward dog breaks. It sounds easy, right?
Yeah… not so easy say my wrists and arms.
But I am consoled by the fact that our muscles become stronger by being ripped, literally, torn. And I’m sure I will feel it in the morn.
I also know that pain is fleeting. Only felt in the moment.
And that reminds me….to make sure the moment is worth it.
