JAMIE’S BLOG – YEAR 6 – YOGA DAY 72 :: score one for yoga

Day 72: Dips.

Score one more for yoga – it decreases cholesterol levels.  This one found tonight as I cleaned up my office and pile of magazines (thanks, O Mag)!

I suppose the best kind of medicine is that which gives us a dip in the right direction without pills but maybe with a little “good” pain.

Stretch goal anyone?
