Day 126: Moonlight.
Today, I took a “real” yoga class today under the moon.
It was at Quantum Yoga and Health (with my favorite yoga teacher – Jill!) and under a painted sky, night scene glow-in-the-dark moon.
And here’s what I learned.
Classes with other people help take my yoga to the next level.
And having an in-home yoga practice helps build stamina and strength.
And yoga is built in layers… minute after minute…day after day.
