I’ve been thinking a lot about kindness – the intentional kind. I keep hearing the word RESPECT. It seems they go hand-in-hand. I’m also remembering something I know — deeply know and understand — words are free. And maybe the most powerful form of respect.
So… with that thought, tonight, I’m throwing out an Intentional Acts of Kindness Challenge!
Challenge #1: Practice Respect:
If you choose to accept this challenge, try one of the following acts:
– admire someone with kind words
– point out a particular and appreciated detail with kind words
– use thoughtful words to compliment someone on an achievement
