I am finding trust to be a sticky subject. Maybe it’s because I’m not that good at it? Maybe it’s because it is harder than I think? Or maybe it’s because it is one of those invisible forces. You know, love, hope, trust. All powerful, all invisible. Sure we get glimpses of them now and then, but they are always here.
So today, I am appreciating the trust it takes to build a team. The invisible bond between people who rally around a mission. Be it work, or home, family or friends. Teams are what get us there, wherever there is… it takes a village. But it helps if your team is strong and trustworthy. I am grateful for my team and tribe in this life.
So even though trust may be hard to see, it certainly can be felt.
And it makes all the difference.
