Trust is teaching me so many simple lessons, already, this year. Including watching the snow fall outside my window. It’s beautiful. And it does it’s job, falling to the ground powered by the wind and piling up on our back porch.
It’s so beautiful and one of the things I actually appreciate about being back on the east coast, the sounds of winter. Never thought I would say that.
It also makes me realize how much we need to trust the simple things that repeat over and over, like our breathing. In and out. It’s a simple act, one I hardly give notice to, but vital. I don’t think about it. I just do it. That seems to be what trust wants me to know… stop thinking, just do it.
Breathe. Trust. Just do it.
Trust me!
