It’s Mayhem around here, and we did it. Today was our final day of Mayhem, i.e. OrangeTheory’s excuse to kick your butt for a week in order to earn a free hat and towel. I don’t think I have never been so proud of a hat and towel before in my life.
Being on this side of the challenge reminds me that half of it was really mental, not physical. Even though my body aches I know it was mind over matter to complete 5 Mayhem workouts.
And this is what brings me back to trust. You have to trust that you already have what you need to do what you want… even if your lungs, legs and abs are screaming out in pain.
Even if it is Mayhem, you can do this.
Trust me!
