Today I found out my blood type and the diet that supports it. Eat Right For Your Blood Type. The best news is that while my blood type was a surprise, the list of foods that best match my blood type is not. Many of the things I love (salmon, broccoli, coffee) are on the list and many of the things I hate to eat (Canteloupe, beer) are not.
It’s science. But not all that surprising. I love how my body instinctively knows what is good for it too. It’s basically what makes it happy.

Another lesson in this year of trust.
Trust what makes you happy.
