JAMIE’S BLOG – DAY 245 :: the power of persistence

I swung a tennis racket today. For the first time in a long time, well since my surgeries. It felt soooooooo good. It also has me thinking about peak performance.

I am SO far from physical peak performance these days. But there is one thing I know that is very true — muscle can rebuild. Bodies can change.

Now it’s up to me to add a little persistence to this peak performance promise. And if there’s something I know something about… well, it’s persistence…
