JAMIE’S BLOG – YEAR 9 – DAY 316 :: showing up – 49 days to go

12 Nov

{trust}

There are 49 days left of The Promise 365!  And if there is one lesson I have learned over the years it is if we simply show up, magic happens.

I think the formula is simply this: when you show up as your full self, you fulfill your full promise and draw to you the perfect helpers. From running into Fairy Godmothers, Medicine Women, Helpers, and Sisters, this promise has put me in the path of exactly who I needed to meet at exactly the perfect time.

In all the moments of life, the most important are the ones we show up for.

Trust me!

JAMIE’S BLOG – YEAR 9 – DAY 162 :: trust this moment

11 Jun

{trust}

Trust is an amazing teacher, I am learning day by day. Today, I am reminded to trust this moment, to fully live in it, to fully hold space for it and watch the magic that will unfold.

What was magical in your day?
Can you hold trust long enough to see it show up?
Try it!
Trust me.

More tomorrow.

JAMIE’S BLOG – YEAR 8 – DAY 38 :: the joy of showing up

7 Feb
{everyday}

Ah, perseverance. I was thinking of you today. And how much joy I get from showing up here every night. It’s not like I always have something profound to say, but I do feel the power of perseverance in this promise.

It is the power of showing up.

Joy.
I do not know where you will take me this year… but it’s already starting to get interesting.

Here’s to showing up!

More tomorrow…

Lovemore,
Jamie

JAMIE’S BLOG – DAY 103 :: plank day 3

16 Apr
It’s officially day three of the Plank Challenge over here. Tonight’s goal moved us up to 20 seconds. Just a few more seconds than before.

It reminds me of the power of baby steps, and whenever you want a goal you have to keep at it. Show up. Every little step counts. Or twenty seconds count in this case.

There’s still time to join us…..

More tomorrow.
Lovemore,
Jamie
